Where we ship
Stowpine Co. is based in Tucson, Arizona. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
- Orders of $50 or more ship free.
- Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.
- Open Box items always ship free from Tucson, Arizona, whatever the order total.
When your order ships
Most orders ship in 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including US holidays) from US warehouses. Open Box items ship from Tucson, Arizona, in 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
How long delivery takes
Most orders are delivered in about 3–7 business days within the US. Each product page shows the same estimate. If your order includes items from more than one location, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking and delays
You can follow your package with the tracking link in your shipping email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package says delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll look into it.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order ships.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or is missing from your order, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
